Enhancements

1. PayTM mall e-commerce integration :
This 'PayTM mall e-commerce' is also as like other e-commerce, users can able to place the order from this and that order will be pushed to RPOS7. Retailer can able to convert those orders into Home delivery bills and also users can able to track the order status from this portel. The status are like SO-Received So-Cancelled, Bill generated, Despatched, Delivered, Delivery scheduled, Delivery Cancelled, Bill cancelled, Payment Completed and Ready to deliver.
2. Customer Owned Franchise Operated(COFO) margin related enhancements :
What is this?
This is a special feature which is specifically done for the Chain of stores (ie) GoFrugal RPOS7 integrated with GoFrugal HQ solution. Customer Owned Franchise Operated(COFO) (ie) The stores are owned by the Franchise's and the stocks will be transfered to stores via only the Warehouse. This Warehouse is owned by the Company. In this busniess scenario, the margin is shared to the Franchise's based on slab wise(This slab master is available in HQ solution)..
Let us consider an example product 'A' margin is 5% then 40% of this margin is to Warehouse and 60% of this margin is to Franchise kind of settings will be there in the HQ. Users can able to set such margin slab and sent to Franchise stores. Franchise owners can able to see their margin from the 'Customer - Bill - Itemwise Margin Details[COFO]' special report. Head quarter people's can able to see both Company margin and Franchise margin in HQ reports.

Limitations :
Franchise stores need to remove the other Margin related reports at the time of implementation of this model.
3. Opening stock entry screen new function key added 'F9' to capture the reason for that opening stock entry. The reasons will be listed from 'Reason code master'. If user wanted to give new reason, he can able to enter in this master.
4. Due date wise Outstanding - 3517, 'Due date wise Outstanding' report will give summarised figure of Payable & Receivable for each date (as per the Due date specification). Users can plan their fund flows for future dates effectively. This is added under the Reports >> Sales >> Analysis >> Due date wise Outstanding.
5. Stock Card Details - 3509, report Reason code description was added for Wastage and Opening stock transactions.

Improvements

1. In certain cases 'Quick add' customer save customer name is went to empty.
2. Edit mode of the Quotation & Delivery note screen, if user changed the 'Tax Inclusive/Exclusive' type by using the functon key then it is not saved in the respective transaction.
3. GST (or) VAT is not calculating for inventory II type of items when "Dont calculate tax for INV II type" and also the bill was made by switching to inventory II type.
4. Excel import when trying to import standard items with eancode alone there is duplicates for a single record in the sheet. This is because the eancode for an item given in master was given in item vs eancode master also. Because a single eancode is present in both tables there was duplicate entries for the sheet.
