Enhancements

  1. Tailoring alteration business process flow is now incorporated in Service Module custom license:
    1. What is this and how to use?

    • New feature added to Complaint/Service configuration screen to set any one as default.
    • In job card creation screen introduced new service type called "After sale for Tailoring service".
    • If job card service type is "After sale for tailoring service" then user must select a bill number by scanning or from bill LOV. In this list by default will show the sales bill made in last 7 days.
    • Once bill is number is selected than select the serviceable items either by barcode scaning or from LOV.
    • After selecting the asset id from barcode scanning or from LOV then default Complaint/Service will be loaded into the screen automatically.
    • Rest of the process are same as like earlier they can update the status and finally close the Jobcard.
      1. Note : Once any items which is serviced for that bill they they can't able to do the Sales return for that bill.

  2. Quick Save for Due Bill:
    • Retailers used to have a separate barcode which when scanned will automatically save the bill. Now this functionality is extended to Due bill & print wherein a user can have a default barcode value which when scanned will invoke DUE-PRINT functionality. In simple words, New option given to save a sales bill quickly by just scanning a barcode without invoking DUE-PRINT function key.

      Tools >> Configuration >> Configuration >> Sales >> Billing >> Enter barcode value to quick save as DUE bill(With Print).

  3. Gave a new option in Delivery note return screen to change the meter column value while making return against a Delivery note Function key - Change Meter [Ctrl +F9]
  4. In reprint screen added "Due bill payment" transaction to take reprint of due bills payment receipt.
  5. In due bill payment screen added option to take credit note print along with due billpayment receipt.It will print based on "Print Credit Note along with sales invoice" option is enabled
  6. Given new option to hide/show the salesman name column in line item grid for all outward transactions.
    Enabling the configuration will hide the salesman name column from grid.

    Tools >> Configuration >> Configuration >> Sales >> Common Settings >> Hide Salesman column on line item grid.
  7. For Auto Indent Generation process given option to generate indent from outlets on specific days of the week in HQ integrated environment.
  8. The configuration in Tools -> Configuration -> Sales -> Delivery Note -> "Allow product list while converting DN to sales" is changed to "Product selection while converting from DN to Sales" with options : "Not required/List items transactionwise(separate LOV)/List all transaction items (single LOV)" to load the items either from LOV (either based on transaction or not transaction) or load directly to screen. The new option here is the "List all transaction items (single LOV)" which will display all the items from the DN's selected.
  9. HSN Summary report section in GST filing By default, the HSN codes of items and the tax wise details for each HSN code was being displayed. In case HSN code is not available for items, then item name was being displayed in the HSN Summary report. But from now on, ITEM NAME will be displayed by default in HSN Summary irrespective of HSN code availability in item master.
  10. One Default formula by name "Default (Inclusive)" is given for Purchase Tax Inclusive for Non-Indian customers.
  11. "Item Vs EANCODE Report - 3321" is now available in Smart Reports.

Improvements

  1. In Sales Return loyalty point was not calculating from bill discount if bill net amount is zero.
  2. While making a bill in credit mode for a customer and if the credit limit exceeds a clear message has been added to intimate the same.
  3. Added the config "Print bill summary copy along with multi company sales invoice." in Device Settings along with the custom license "Sales bill (Multi Company)"
  4. When receiving the Sales bill sent from a outlet it could not be received when the remarks given for the bill was too lengthy.
  5. In Purchase return while scanning the barcode using without distributor, it throws message in certain cases.
  6. In Receipt Note print there were multiple rows displayed for a single item when using serialized items in certain cases.
  7. In Purchase/RN the rate of items will not be updated to item master unless the rate in the transaction is changed intentionally in Edit mode.
  8. When doing Excel Import/Inv Import for unregistered suppliers the tax was getting calculated.
  9. In certain cases in Edit mode other charges were not loaded based on the formula structure.
  10. If e-Commerce addon is enabled, then forcefully enabled "Apply Online" field in item master for usability.Similarly enabled "Login Access" and "Password" fields in sales man master when sellSmart addon is activated.
  11. In change selling screen throws "division by zero" message while calculating margin if an item batch landing cost is zero.
  12. In certain cases while doing change selling for unique barcode items it was not reflected.
  13. In certain cases same receipt number for generated for multiple material receipt entries.
  14. When trying to merge item with item code greater than 255 there is overflow message.
  15. In certain cases Practice Mode creation fails.
  16. "Hourly Sales Summary - 3182" report is showing the wrong data in the scenario when using more than one location with both book types.
  17. In report 3174-Sales with Ward Insurance Details when tried to enable the column "Admit Date" the report was not opening.
  18. There is a outstanding value mismatch between "Payment Plan detail report - 3502" and TRAC supplier wise outstanding.

Pre-requisites for installing RPOS7 RC105 Service Pack.

To reduce download size of the Service Pack, older version scripts are removed from the service pack.
Therefore, users of RPOS7 RC94.7 and older version must upgrade to RPOS7 RC94.8 inorder to update RPOS7 RC105 service pack.
