- GSTR9 :
It is an annual return to be filed yearly by taxpayers registered under GST. It consists of details regarding the outward and inward
supplies made/received during the relevant previous year under different tax heads. It is a consolidation of all the monthly/quarterly
returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-2A, GSTR-3B) filed in that year. This return helps in extensive reconciliation of data for 100% transparent disclosures.
GSTR9A :
It is the annual return to be filed once in a year by taxpayers who have opted for the Composition Scheme under GST for a particular
financial year. It includes all the information furnished in the quarterly returns filed by the composition taxpayers during that financial year.

It supports only Standard product type with Month and year wise barcode mapped items alone.
It supports only default Purchase formula(Exclusive and Inclusive type of calculation).
It support for calculating Local and Interstate Supplier wise GST calculation.
- Feature added in the application Security manager for not allowing to edit the Selling Rate less than the batch rate and greater than MRP.
Tools >> Configuration >> Security Manager >> >> Sales Bill >> Rate edit - greater than selling and less than MRP.
Limitation : This will supports only in Sales other than Pharmacy vertical alone as of now.
- Feature added in the product in Calculation master namely 'Return Applicable - Yes/No'. (ie) Any of the Purchase formula attribute
user given 'No' for this attribute(Addition/Deduction) then that attribure will not accept the values in Purchase Return.
- Feature added in 'Optical manager' vertical to import the items 'From CSV' other than the 'Frame & Lens' type of items.
- Purchase import from excel option if the user imported the already imported invoice then application is showing alert message and then
allowed to import that invoice. Then while saving its not allowed to save, instead of that after selecting the excel itself validation
added to show the clear message like already imported.
- Safety alert details will be shown in a message box when the user double click on it from the sales screen to view more content instead of scrolling through the safety alert scection.
Improvements
- Tender master application allows to map any ledger due to that application throws an error message while saving bill. Now changed to allow to map only Wallet reimbursements and Bank accounts alone.
- Barcode printing screen while printing the barcode 'Based on transfer out', applicationn is not printing the correct MRP value.
- Physical inventory update time application will clear the existing negative stock rows and then update the user given stock for that item.
Those cleared negative stock rows are not captured in the Physical stock update detail reports.
- 'Itemcount sold with negative margin for given period' whatsnow question is not showing the answer for the given period.
- Newly created 'Reason description's in the Reason code master was not showing in view mode after did the 'Practice data cleanup' process.

RPOS7 compatibility
Pre-requisites for installing RPOS7 RC153 Service Pack.
To reduce download size of the Service Pack, older version scripts are removed from the service
pack.
Therefore, users of RPOS7 RC94.7 and older version must upgrade to RPOS7 RC94.8 inorder to update RPOS7 RC153
service pack.
